It can be exhausting constantly making decisions, getting excited about what can be, only to find it doesn't quite turn out how you would have liked.
This repeated pattern can eventually leave us feeling like their is no point planning or even dreaming.
There are 3 main reasons our dreams don't turn into reality:
We lack clarity of the dream. It is still a fuzzy image and thought and so we don't truly understand what we want, why we want it and who we want it for and we can't articulate it to those that matter to our success and happiness. When we have clarity it acts as our lighthouse guiding us throug the uncomfortable and more difficult moments of change. When creating change or doing anything new and different there is often a phase of messiness, clumisness and that can be painful until it becomes familiar and yet with clarity you know why you want to get through the otherside.
More often than not we lose confidence when things don't happen fast enough or even when they happen too fast. This is when it is important to know yourself well. To understand how you personally learn and process information and how you work at your best. learn. When you understand your own model and process you can be much better at predicting time scales and anticipating how long things will take.
Our time perceptions and expectations are often inaccurate which can mean we lose faith in ourselves and give up or spend hours looking outside for the approval, help and or the answers which are invariably within you.
Knowing your own confidence model and process means you can sustain confidence even when things don't happen quite as you might have liked.
Our brains are hardwired to look for patterns and will try to predict what will happen next.
Invariably when we change course or direction or we do things differently there is a moment of time needed for adjustment.
The question is how long does it take you to adjust and adapt to new information and situations? How often do you repeat the same mistake never seeming to learn the lesson?
Too many people think they have to be self sufficent and that asking for positive affirmation or feedback is in some way wrong or weak. During this programme we will explore your own unique change process and modelensuring you know what you need to manage and create change effectively.
Because you are working in a group with the same objective you will naturally get the opportunity to encourage and empower each other whilst developing your own ability to be your very own cheerleader.
You will also have an introduction to the 3 core skills I believe are vital for turning dreams into reality.
- Listening without judgement to self and others
- Ability to ask and be asked questions that stretch you to the edge of your current thinking
- Skills and time to process, assimilate and act on feedback.

This group coaching programme will show you how to ask yourself question to really stretch your thinking to give you a new perspective and clarity of what you want and the confidence to make it happen.
With an effective feedback model you can re-build confidence in your ability to make a decision, plan it out and act on it.
With effective peer support you can create cheerleaders that will believe in you and your vision whilst you build up the skill to beleive in yourself.
Being stuck in indecision is crippling and heart breaking.
We cannot dream about the future, nor speak fondly of the past or be present in this moment.
We can be everywhere and no where all at the same time and with every day that slips by the more frustrated we get and the tighter the bind becomes.

This programme will provide you with access to some of the tools and resources you need to gain clarity and confidence in your ability to manage and create change in your life.
This programme includes:
- Weekly group coaching calls for one calendar month
- Clarity, Confidence and Change workbook
- Weekly accountability
- Weekly planning tips and suggestions
- Facebook peer support group
There will be 10 group coaching sessions you can attend all ten but I recommend a minimum of 3 and that you listen to at least 5 recordings if not attending live.
The calls are starting 6th February until 6th Mar and calls take place usually Wed 8am and 1pm UK time - via zoom

Week 1 Set up
We will explore what we each need to work, learn and grow together as a group. You will be introduced to questions, listening skills and feedback models that can ensure you maximise your time in the group.
Week 2 - Clarity
This week we will focus on your vision for 2019 whilst exploring clarity for you is like what?
Week 3 - Confidence
We will look at how you need to be for the year to be like whilst exploring confidence for you is like what?
Week 4 - Change
This week will be focused on noticing what is and has already changed whilst exploring if change was just the way you would like it to be it would be like what?
Week 5 - Next steps
This week we will reflect on what you have learned about and ensure you have every thing you need to do more of what you love and ditch the critic that says you can't. We will review what worked, what didn't and what needs to happen for it to work better in relation to:
- Listening skills
- Questioning Techniques
- Online group learning
- Then you will plan the next 90 days, 60 days, 30 days and 7 days for business, personal and home.
