Sheryl Andrews - Founder and Extreme Listening Facilitator
Brings to the team 25 plus years experience of motivating and inspiring others to sell in a way that feels right for them. Sheryl works specifically with small business owners and sole traders who want to expand to have a team of their own. Sheryl also works with parents of children 16 plus who want to use the same process to empower their children to follow their dream.
Mark Andrews - Extreme Listening Facilitator & Business Support Manager
Married to Sheryl Andrews, Mark is a certified facilitator and comes from an IT background, and was known for his logical thinking. Clean Language opened up a whole new world of creative thinking. He works alongside Sheryl with the business owners as a facilitator, and can also support them in developing their systems and processes. In addition to this Mark is exploring the concept of using this same process to help sports people who want the mindset to perform at their best.
Allison Galbraith - Extreme Listening Facilitator
Allison a certified facilitator and recently took the leap to give up her full time role as an Account Manager in the Financial Services sector, she brings with her 30 plus years of experience and specialises in supporting leaders in larger organisation, with a special interest in the financial services, where legislations and law can put even more pressure on the leaders time and resources. Allison can help you manage your manager and manage the facebook generation who now communicate in a completely different way.
Ros Bristow - Extreme Listening Facilitator
Ros is a certified facilitator and a mum of 3 and grandmother of 1 dedicated her life to her family, only to discover it wasn’t quite enough. When her teenage daughters went of the rails Ros took serious action. Ros knows first hand the feeling of desperation women can feel when they lose control and can no longer seem to guide and keep their children safe. Ros now dedicates her time to supporting women to develop the resources they will need to empower and let go safely.
Lesley Holyoake - Extreme Listening Facilitator
Lesley has now done 5 days Clean Language training and is looking to be a certified facilitator by the end of 2012. Lesley supports our group sessions and specialises in working with horse owners who want to learn how to work in harmony with their horse. Lesley using Clean Language with TTEAM and will help you unravel what is holding you back. Lesley has 30 plus years experience with horses and fully understands the importance of the connection between the horse and their owner.
Lynda Nel - Admin & Social Media Partner
Lynda has 20 plus years in admin and secretarial skills and provides the team with transcribe support to ensure they are able to review their work and always facilitate at their best. Lynda also manages our social media platform actively keeping our clients informed of what is happening at Step by Step Listening as well as actively promoting our clients and contacts where ever possible.
