Power Groups

Do you sometimes feel that?

• You would like the support of a team you could depend on

A Power Group is a 2 or 4 hour meeting held once a month, facilitated by certified Clean Language facilitators. Typically there will be3 to 6 people attending.

Our clients tell us they love the support and structure of the sessions but you have to experience it, to believe it. We ask our clients for a 12 month commitment to this monthly session, offering the clients the opportunity to build life-long connections that will take them and their business to the next level

Clean Language is an extreme listening process that is fast becoming the most effective way to change thoughts into actions. The meetings enable individuals, as a group to gain focus, clarity and direction fast.

The first 75% of the session you are asked to hold on to your opinions, suggestions and/or judgments. You simply listen to your own thoughts and the thoughts of each other. You will be asked powerful and effective questions to gain better understanding and to enable you to find your own solutions. In between you are given valuable time to reflect, research and explore your challenges further. The whole process allows you to really tap into your own resources and strengths. This whole process results in building your confidence in your own abilities, your own ideas and your own thoughts. In addition to this you are able to hear how others solve their challenges and you absorb or exclude their ideas, no one is going to tell you what you should be doing, they will simply provide you with the space to decide for yourself. We have every confidence that the individual can find the solution that is right for them right now.

We then have a break for the other 25% of the time where you are able to discuss freely your experience and continue to build your connections further.

Our aim is to provide an individual within a group the opportunity to:

• Find solutions
• Building valuable and profitable business relationships along the way

First Thursday: 9.30am to 1.30pm- Gosport (Sole Traders with Ambition)

Second Wednesday: 9.30am to 1.30pm- Fareham (women only)

Second Thursday: 09:30 to 1:30pm - Gosport (Small Business Owners)

Second Friday: 09:30am to 1:30pm - Havant (Sole Traders with Ambition)
